Please read our house rules carefully.

The guest making the reservation is responsible for ensuring that all accompanying guests are aware of, understand, and comply with the House Rules of Barbi Lake Guesthouse.

General Information

  • Guests may check in and access the guesthouse and lake area from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.

  • On the day of departure, guests must leave the accommodation by 10:00 AM at the latest.

  • Minimum stay: 2 nights / 3 days, for a minimum of 2 guests.

About the Accommodation

The mobile home is fully equipped and provides the following amenities for our guests:

Bedroom

  • bed linen
  • blankets
  • pillows

Bathroom

  • towels

  • hair dryer

  • toilet paper

  • shower gel

Kitchen

  • toaster

  • Nespresso machine

  • microwave

  • refrigerator

  • dishes and basic kitchen utensils

Important Rules

  • Guests must not enter the mobile home wearing outdoor or street shoes.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the mobile home.

What to bring

  • outdoor slippers for using the wellness area

  • swimwear for using the jacuzzi

  • indoor slippers and a bathrobe during the winter season

HOUSE RULES

Dear Guests,

We warmly welcome you! In order to ensure a pleasant and peaceful stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to follow the house rules below.

  1. Check-in / Check-out
    Check-in and check-out are available at the times specified.
  2. Use of the mobile home
    The mobile home may only be used by registered guests. Please use all furnishings and equipment properly and as intended.
  3. Smoking
    Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the mobile home. Smoking is only permitted in the designated outdoor area.”

  4. Cleanliness
    Guests are kindly asked to keep the accommodation clean. Please wash kitchen utensils after use and place any waste in the designated area. Please also follow the separately posted instructions regarding the use of the bathroom and kitchen. For stays longer than one week, weekly cleaning is provided.
  5. Furnishings and Equipment .
    Please use the furnishings and equipment of the mobile home with care. Any damage must be reported immediately. Guests are liable for any damage they cause.
  6. Safety
    Upon departure, guests are kindly requested to close all windows and doors and switch off all electrical appliances.
  7. Wellness Services
    Please follow the separately posted wellness usage rules. When using the wellness area, the use of slippers and swimwear is mandatory.
  8. Pets
    Pets are only allowed with prior arrangement.
  9. In Case of Problems
    In the event of any problem or malfunction, please notify the host immediately.
  10. Alcohol Consumption
    We kindly ask our guests to avoid excessive alcohol consumption. If this rule is breached, guests may be asked to leave the property.
