Guests looking to relax can enjoy two separate bedrooms: a comfortable double bedroom and a twin room where the beds can be pushed together on request, making it ideal for couples and friends alike. Both rooms have their own private bathroom with a shower and toilet, ensuring a truly comfortable and undisturbed stay.

Spacious living room and kitchen with direct access to the terrace

The living room and the fully equipped kitchen share one open space, creating a spacious and social common area. The sofa bed comfortably accommodates two additional guests, making it an ideal choice even for larger groups. This shared space is perfect for intimate evening conversations, planning the next day’s activities, or enjoying a movie night together. In the kitchen, you can easily prepare a delicious breakfast or a refreshing coffee, made even more enjoyable with the Nespresso coffee machine.

The living room opens directly onto the terrace, offering a stunning view of the lake. Here, you can even admire the sunrise in the early morning hours—with a cup of coffee in hand and complete peace and quiet.

Private Wellness: Sauna and Hot Tub at the Guesthouse

Wellness experience: A separate wellness area with a sauna and jacuzzi ensures complete relaxation – the perfect choice after a long day when all you want is to recharge.
The experience is further enhanced by the outdoor cooking area, where you can prepare lunch or dinner together. Paired with a chilled bottle of wine, it creates a truly memorable experience.

Jacuzzi Usage! It is important to us that the jacuzzi water is always kept clean and properly maintained. Please do not add any chemicals, fragrances, or other contaminants to the jacuzzi water.

Important Information!

The apartment operates with a biological wastewater treatment system. For this reason, it is essential that no unauthorised chemicals or unsuitable cleaning products are poured into the drains or the system, as this may cause malfunctions.

For your convenience, we provide all necessary eco-friendly products in the apartment, including washing-up liquid, shower gel, hand soap and cleaning supplies. We therefore kindly ask guests, where possible, not to bring their own chemical detergents or toiletries.

The lake, with a water surface of over 5.2 hectares, offers a rich fish population for all fishing enthusiasts. Its depths are home to a variety of fish species, including trophy-sized specimens, ensuring that every cast brings excitement—even for experienced anglers.

The lake is surrounded by a carefully maintained, landscaped, and tree-lined environment, providing an ideal setting for relaxation and recreation.

Lakeside Fishing – Experiences at Barbi Lake

The fishing spots along the shoreline provide comfortable access and also offer the possibility of camping, allowing you to plan a longer, nature-filled getaway (subject to prior arrangement).

Although the lake has been privately owned for more than 30 years, its history goes back much further. Even today, its hidden depths continue to hold surprises—because you never know what remarkable catch awaits.

The guesthouse can be booked for a minimum of 2 guests and a minimum stay of 2 nights.

The price includes the following services:

Our guesthouse has a fixed base price and uses personalised pricing depending on the number of guests, the length of stay and the selected services.
